For the Birds Pattern Collection

This is a digital pattern collection inspired by the playful elements and colors of spring. I began with small gouache paintings which I scanned into photoshop to create the patterns. I love to begin even digital work with traditional painting and sketching first to give the collection a unique, handmade feel.
